The state-regulated notarization fee is fixed by New York law. A separate travel fee is based on your location and the time of the appointment. You will always receive a clear estimate before you confirm your booking.

Valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification: a driver’s license, non-driver state ID, U.S. passport, or military ID. The name on the ID should reasonably match the name on the document.

Absolutely. Multiple documents and multiple signers can be handled in a single appointment. Let me know the details in the booking notes so I can plan enough time.

Same-day and emergency appointments are often available depending on the schedule. Choose the earliest available time in the booking flow, or call directly for urgent requests.

Payment options include major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash, and check. Business clients can request an invoice. Online card payment will be added to the booking flow soon.
