Notarization Fee
The per-signature notarization fee is set and capped by New York State law. You pay the state-regulated rate — never more.
Travel Fee
A flat travel fee based on your location within Western New York. Farther cities like Niagara Falls or Batavia may add mileage.
After-Hours
Evening appointments outside standard business hours. Applied on top of the travel fee.
Weekend
Saturday and Sunday appointments to fit your schedule when the work week won’t.
Holiday
Recognized public holidays. Availability is limited — book early.
Emergency / Same-Day
Urgent, rush, and same-day requests are quoted individually based on timing and distance.
A note on notary fees: New York State regulates the maximum fee a notary may charge per notarial act. Travel, convenience, and after-hours fees are separate charges for the mobile service of coming to you and are quoted clearly before your appointment.
